Skaitos

Grey Ground in the South-East

Little grows on the Ashen Plains, and Skaitos makes no attempt to farm them. The settlement is small and laid out for defence rather than for comfort, and what it earns it earns by arms: garrison duty, blades let out for hire, raiding when hire runs thin, and arcane practice worked alongside both. The foundation beneath its present character is older than that character. Suvanar hands raised the place in the third wave of expansion, and the human work still shows in its bones.

The Skaitosi and the Creed

Those who hold Skaitos now are undead, and Skaitosi is the name they answer to. Rule sits inside the settlement itself, the ruling faction seated here rather than abroad, but its allegiance is sworn to the Shadow Coven and it stands within the wider bloc of the Creed. The faith kept here is the Infernal Creed, cruel and dominating, and the Skaitosi keep to it exactly.
